My Approach
Empathetic Listening for Meaningful Change
My superpower is empathetic listening — I often pick up on subtleties that others might miss. When we explore these moments together, learning, connection, and healing naturally follow. When things that have remained out of awareness are brought into focus, profound changes can occur. Clients describe sessions with me as highly attuned, warm, and spacious.
You may know exactly what is bringing you to therapy, or you may not have a clear sense yet — there is space for us to explore both. I draw from various frameworks and theoretical approaches but primarily work from a relational psychodynamic lens. This means I leave room for whatever comes up for you in the moment, paying attention to both what is said and unsaid.
Exploration and Understanding at Your Pace.
Progress Through Relationship and Trust.
Ultimately, the primary tool I use is our relationship — progress happens when you feel safe enough to be vulnerable and take risks. I see this work as an honor and take it seriously, but there’s also space for your whole self — humor and levity are welcome features in our work together.
